Moms for Animals is a non-profit organization that empowers mothers to protect and rescue animals in crisis through compassion and action. Founded by a mother whose daughter found healing through connection with baby sea turtles, the organization believes that a mother's love can extend beyond family to vulnerable creatures worldwide.

## Our Story

The organization was born from two pivotal moments:

1. A teenage girl struggling with life found purpose and hope by witnessing the fragile journey of baby sea turtles making their way to the ocean. This connection with animals became a healing force that restored her relationship with her mother.

2. When war broke out in Ukraine and families were forced to leave beloved pets behind, the founder felt compelled to help. She discovered a rescue team in Ukraine saving abandoned and injured animals and realized that even from home, as a busy mom, she could make a real difference.

These experiences led to the creation of Moms for Animals — a circle of compassion where mothers who want to protect, nurture, and love not just their families but also vulnerable animals can come together to create meaningful change.
